Wow. I hope judge agrees with defendant. Another law need to be thrown out and not modified.

Man this is nothing new, CDCR parole did the samething to me when I was on parole. Exact same thing with my 14year old son. They sent me to the middle of the desert where I could not even visit my son or anyone because I was over 600 miles away then when I got out no contact for another two half years while in parole, I even file 602s and fought it all the way up the ladder and was shot down. Couldn’t use a computer so I really couldn’t take it to court and by the time it went thru the admistrative part it was already a couple years. Same thing plus subjected to unconstitional Jessica’s law residency restrictions. Glad this guy could find someone to help because I sure as hell couldn’t.

This is exactly what my children were put through and will continue to go through. In our situation there was no criminal act involving our children and yet these laws cause the registrants children to be removed from a loving parent even if it is a very minor offense.
